There are two new faces at WTKR News which means it was time for them to visit our studio for their official headshots.
There are some new faces at WTKR Television. As usual, we are given the opportunity to provide their new headshots.
We have. for a few years, provided headshots for WTKR Channel 3’s news staff. In the last month, three new, young journalists have joined Channel 3.
Julio Avila is WTKR News 3’s newest reporter. He joins WTKR from WETM TV in Elmira, NY where he worked as a multimedia reporter, anchor, producer, and editor. Julio will be serving as a general reporter at News 3.
A couple of years ago, we were contracted by WTKR Newschannel 3 to photograph their on-air talent and sales staff at their station in Norfolk. Since then, every time a new reporter is hired by the station, they come to us for their headshots. This gives WTKR a consistent look for all of their talent, something they didn’t have before.
Welcome Erin Miller to Hampton Roads. She is the newest addition to the News Channel 3 reporting team. Erin is a graduate of Virginia Tech majoring in Mass Communications/Media Studies. Her first job in the news industry was as a reporter and weekend anchor for WDVM TV in Hagerstown, Maryland. Last month she joined WTKR, Newschannel 3 as a full-time reporter covering stories in the Hampton Roads area. You can connect with Erin on Facebook and Linkedin.
