Downtown Norfolk – Aerial Drone Photography

As a lifelong resident of the Hampton Roads area, I have seen a tremendous transformation of the downtown Norfolk waterfront. What was once a non-descript skyline, Norfolk has become a beautiful cityscape with a vibrant culture.

The addition of the Waterside District, Hilton, Marriott and Sheraton high rise hotels, the Half Moone Cruise Terminal, the Nauticus Science Center and Museum, and the battleship USS Wisconsin have made the city a mecca for tourism and business. Norfolk VA is home to intriguing historical attractions, world-class museums, delicious restaurants, and unique retail shops. Visitors will find it easy to reach all that Norfolk VA has to offer; most places are within a short walking distance, car or train ride! I really enjoyed capturing these images and videos of my hometown.
