Helix Apartments – Architectural and Drone Photography

Summit Pointe is the newest urban lifestyle community in Coastal Virginia. Comprising 69 acres of prime real estate located in Chesapeake’s Central Business District, the master plan includes a variety of unique restaurants, retailers, apartment communities, and signature office buildings

Helix is Summit Pointe’s first apartment community. These pet-friendly apartments are seated atop upscale ground-floor retail businesses and vibrant restaurants lining Belaire Avenue. Each chic, modern unit features covered parking, stunning views of Belaire Avenue, and thoughtfully designed floor plans. Tecta America, a national commercial roofing contractor, installed the roof and the very unique scale-like skin on the front of the building. We were hired to photograph both installations, the roof and the skin.
