In a time when environmentally conscious architects are designing “green” buildings, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation‘s Brock Environmental Center has set the standard for the best in buildings that work with the environment rather than against it. Having a degree in Biology, this building and the organization hold a special place in my heart.
We were hired by A & M Automotive of Virginia Beach to photograph over 100 aftermarket windows for conversion vans that they sell. The images would be used on their website as well as sites like Amazon.
Once again this year we were asked to provide headshots for the Academie de Ballet competition team. The competition team is made up of intermediate and advanced dancers from the Academie de Ballet in Chesapeake, VA.
Of all the portraits that we create, senior portraits are some of our favorites. We have the opportunity to create images that reflect the interests of the students.
Architecture photography, like most types of photography, requires post-processing (retouching) to make the images look their best. Post-processing is an art form all to itself and can frequently take much more time than the actual time creating the image.
Rack Room Shoes recently rebranded the Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse at Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach to their own brand. We were contacted to provide exterior and interior images of the new store. The interior images will be done in March when the store can be restocked.
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Huntington, NY, Frank Cubillo is the “voice” and “energy” behind “FRANK SINGS FRANK”, a unique Frank Sinatra Tribute singing/entertainment act that has been very popular in the Hampton Roads area of South-Eastern Virginia for more than a decade.
