Virginia Regional Commerce Park- Architectural and Aerial Photography

The Virginia Regional Commerce Park is Hard to find Class A Warehouse / Distribution Space in proximity to the growing Port of Virginia marine terminals. There are zero traffic lights and all highways between Virginia International Gateway marine terminal and the property. It has ESFR sprinkler systems with 32’ 9” clear height. The Virginia Regional Commerce Park is conveniently at the intersection of two major highways, Routes 460 & 58, which connect directly to Interstates 95 & 85. To the east, Route 58 provides direct connection to The Port of Virginia Marine Terminals and all of Southeastern Virginia.

We were contracted to provide ground architectural images and drone photographs of the property for marketing purposes. The park currently has two large buildings with more in the planning stage.

The 390,000 sq. Ft. Building A is one of the only buildings in Hampton Roads with ceiling clear height over 32′ and an ESFR sprinkler system. It is situated on 25 acres with on-site trailer storage and ample parking at the intersection of Route 58 & Route 460.

Building B features include: 83,700 sq. ft. – potentially divisible. A 7” unreinforced concrete slab, 4000 psi, 32’ average clear height, column spacing of 50’ x 54’, 60’ x 54’ at loading bays, building depth of 310’, 16 dock doors, 1 drive-in level overhead door, ample trailer storage (located adjacent dock doors), ESFR fire suppression system, and high efficiency, high output, T-5 Lighting, designed for 25 FC.
