Specialty Fabrics Magazine

Specialty Fabrics Review is a trade publication from the IFAI (International Fabrics Association International). They were planning on featuring Taylor Bigby, co-owner and president of Awnings by Bigley & Hogshire in Hampton, Va. They contacted us to create a cover image with Taylor photographed on a white background, something they do for all of their covers. They also need images of Taylor at one of his installations. He chose the five star Williamsburg Inn, part of the Colonial Williamsburg hotel properties. His company installed all of the awnings at the hotel.

It was great working with Taylor, though the Williamsburg part was done on an extremely hot August day. He has an interesting story to share. You can read about his business in the just-published article. We had to hold the sharing of this project until the magazine was published.
