Product Photography – A & M Automotive

We were hired by A & M Automotive of Virginia Beach to photograph over 100 aftermarket windows for conversion vans that they sell. The images would be used on their website as well as sites like Amazon.

This job was quite a challenge. The windows are glass which reflects everything, including the photographer. We also had to deal with the black frame and dark, smoky glass. We set up a long roll of grey background paper in front of the windows with a small hole for the camera lens to shoot through. That paper was indirectly lit to provide lighting for the windows. The shoot took two days on location with about two weeks of retouching before delivering the final images. Here are some samples of those images.
