Corporate Events come in many different types and sizes. Whether it’s an annual meeting, grand opening, awards ceremony, trade show or celebration, we are ready to provide photographic coverage to document your event. We understand the important shots, how to interact with attendees, when and where our photographers need to be.
One of the most important days of a new or re-branding business is the Grand Opening. Civic and business leaders are often in attendance. A dignitary may be on hand to cut the ribbon, officially opening the business.
Forums and Educational Conferences, often featuring guest speakers, are another type of event we frequently cover.
Awards ceremonies are a way of recognizing and celebrating the top producers in your company.
Company outings such as picnics, sports tournaments, boating trips or similar events reward your employees and are great for team building.
Another way to reward your employees for a year of hard work is the holiday party. These may be a small catered affair in your offices or larger events featuring dinner, entertainment and prizes.
One of our favorite types of events that we photograph is the Charity Gala. Many charitable organizations depend on these events as a major fundraising source. They often have silent and regular auctions as well as drawings for prizes. We can include portraits of attendees in front of step and repeat backgrounds that help promote the cause.

Pricing for basic event photography is based on time. We have a minimum of two hours for $300. Our half day rate(4 hours) is $500. For full day coverage(8 hours) the fee is $900.

Daily Image Highlights $250/day
We will sort and deliver the best of the best images of your event during the day for you to post to social media channels. A WiFi channel at the event location is required.
Gallery Hosting $500/3 months
We can host an online gallery of images from your event for attendees to view and download for their own use.
Rush Delivery of Images $300/day
We can process and deliver all of the images from your event on the same day if necessary.
