Civic Scholars Class of 2027

CIVIC’s goal is simple. It’s to connect executive leaders through service to improve life in Hampton Roads.

The CIVIC Scholars Program is a collaborative initiative between the CIVIC Leadership Institute, Old Dominion University, Norfolk State University, Regent University, Batten University, and Tidewater Community College. Our mission is to foster a spirit of civic engagement, professionalism, and leadership in exceptional, high-potential college students in Hampton Roads by connecting them with established business and community leaders to build a cohort of exceptionally prepared future leaders in our region.

For the second year, we were asked to photograph this year’s class of Civic Scholars. They are an impressive group of students preparing for a career in civic leadership. This is a selection of the 40 students we photographed.
