Conference and Event Headshots

Virginia Beach and the Hampton Roads area are prime locations for conferences and corporate events. One way to add value to your events is to offer headshots to all of your attendees.

For one fee we can set up a portrait station allowing people to come by at any time during the event and get a professional headshot. We can upload the files to a web page for downloading or email the files to each attendee. We also offer the option of on-site printing. These are just a few of the photos that were taken during a Mid-Atlantic Conference of the Society of Women Engineers.

Other services we can offer during your event are social media highlight photos taken during your event and uploaded to your event coordinator or marketing team at the end of the day. Group and team photos can be taken as well. This is a great way to document your event. Prints can be made available to everyone attending.
